Terms of purchase at GeekDo
Pre Bookings
Products which are pre-sales that have not yet been launched or that are not yet available for purchase from GeekDo suppliers is not subject to refund, except in situations where the Product does not arrive in proper condition. The date on which the product becomes available for shipment is specified on the product page, so the customer, when making the Pre booking, accepts these conditions.
Product Availability
All products and/or services available on GeekDo can be purchased, except in cases of shortages or stock limitations, as well as made-to-order products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but under these circumstances they will be duly identified on GeekDo .
In case the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, GeekDo undertakes to contact the customer, by telephone or email, as soon as possible in order to speed up the process with them.
Fees and Taxes
At GeekDo the prices shown are in EURO, with the applicable VAT and tax rates being applied in accordance with the law in force, which are already included in the price shown.
Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel an order placed while it is being processed except if it is a Pre Booking. It is requested that you inform GeekDo through the following e-mail contact: info@geekdo.pt
If the cancellation request has been made after the order has been shipped, it will be forwarded for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. GeekDo is not responsible for possible delays in handling order cancellations.
GeekDo reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond GeekDo .
Free Resolution
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, he may do so via the email info@geekdo.pt or by filling out the contact form available at GeekDo . When terminating the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product. GeekDo must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree Law n.º 24/2014.
